NOLACT  is India’s only exclusive lactose free dairy brand. NOLACT products include lactose free cow milk, lactose free real milkshakes, and lactose free condensed milk spreads. NOLACT was commercially launched in mid-2018 by Madhumita Dairy Products Pvt Ltd, a dairy products company based in Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu.

Madhumita was incorporated in 2009 and became a fully functional dairy in 2012 by when the research and development process for production of lactose free milk had also started. By 2013, we had created the process for commercial production and applied for regulatory approval, and got approval in early 2018.

The project to make lactose free milk was selected by the TIFAC-SIDBI Technology Innovation Programme (SRIJAN). The company makes a wide variety of pasteurised and long life milk, curd, and other dairy products in addition to the NOLACT brand of lactose free products.

NOLACT is now available through retail outlets in many cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Puducherry. Some NOLACT products are also available through online platforms including Flipkart and Amazon.
